Create an account and open the user panel
Start by opening DvVPN’s account creation page. Registration requires only a username and password; no email address is required. Use the username to sign in to the user panel later, and store the password separately rather than reusing it on other websites. Submit the form when complete to enter the account area. If you already have an account, use the “Log in” link in the top-right corner instead of creating another one.
After opening the panel, confirm that the account overview belongs to you. It brings together your plan status, subscription access, and client download links, so continue from this panel for the remaining steps. Your browser may keep you signed in, but sign out after using a shared device so other users cannot see your subscription details.
You do not need to install a client or look for a subscription address yet. Confirm the account access first, then open the plans page to avoid switching between several pages. If the panel does not open after submission, check that the username and password are complete and sign in again. If access still fails, see FAQs for account and subscription guidance.
Choose a plan and complete your order
Once your account is ready, open the Plans section in the user panel. DvVPN offers monthly subscriptions and data packages, which work differently. A monthly subscription suits regular use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. A data package is measured by total usage, remains available until exhausted, and never expires. Before choosing, consider whether you will connect every day or only while traveling, streaming, or using the service temporarily.
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Every plan works on unlimited devices, but the subscription should still be managed only by the account holder. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted according to the remaining days. Recheck the plan name and amount due on the order confirmation page before upgrading.
After choosing a plan, select “Start using” or “Choose this plan.” The order page lists Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Select an available payment method, follow the instructions to complete payment, then return to the panel to check the plan status. Do not submit the same order repeatedly. If payment is complete but the status has not changed, refresh the order section first, then check the Billing and Refunds category in the Help Center.
If you are unsure how much data you need, compare the options on the Plans page. It explains the billing boundaries for monthly subscriptions and data packages and lists the 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. This guide focuses on completing your first connection rather than estimating usage or planning upgrades.
Get your subscription in the user panel
Once the plan is active, open Account Overview. The subscription section provides a copy button and client access. When you copy it, the system places the subscription link for the current account on your clipboard. This is not an ordinary webpage address; it is a credential that the client uses to read route configuration. Do not post it in forums, group chats, screenshots, or public documents.
A subscription link is usually a long address. If a format example is needed, use an obviously fake value such as https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This example cannot connect to DvVPN and contains no account information. In practice, always copy the link from your own user panel. Do not assemble it manually from the example or use an address from another source.
After copying the link, you can leave the panel open in your browser and open the client for import. Pasting directly is easiest when the client and panel are on the same device. If you need to use another device of your own, transfer it through a controlled device-sync method and delete temporary records afterward. Because DvVPN supports unlimited devices, the same account can be used on supported platforms, but the subscription credential should remain with the account holder.
If the subscription section is missing from Account Overview, check that the plan is active and that the signed-in account matches the account used for the order. Do not create another order while the current one is processing. If the order is complete but the subscription is still unavailable, submit a ticket from the user panel or see the account and subscription guidance in FAQs.
Complete the client import for your platform
With the subscription link ready, open the client download section from the user panel. Choose the client for your operating system and install it as described in the panel. Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS place menus differently, but the import flow is the same: open subscription management, add from a link, paste the subscription address, save it, and update the route list.
Import is successful only when selectable regional routes appear in the client—not merely when the link has been pasted. If the list is empty after saving, update the subscription once. If it is still empty, check that no spaces or line breaks were added before or after the copied content. Do not alter characters in the link; a single missing character can prevent the client from reading the configuration.
Windows
In the client download section of the user panel, choose the Windows client and install it as prompted. After launching it, open subscription or configuration management and look for “Add subscription,” “Import from URL,” or an equivalent option. Paste the subscription link you copied earlier, give it a recognizable name, and save it.
After saving, select Update subscription and wait for regional routes to appear in the main window. If the system asks for network access the first time the client starts, allow the network components needed to establish the connection. Do not change the protocol, port, or other advanced settings yet; keep the default configuration delivered by the panel.
Get the clientmacOS
Open the macOS client entry from the signed-in user panel, install it, and launch the app. The first run may ask you to approve a system extension or network configuration permission required for a system-level connection. Follow the system prompts, then return to the client’s subscription management page.
Choose to add a subscription from a link, paste the address copied from Account Overview, save it, and update. Once routes load, the client usually provides region selection and a connection switch in the menu bar or main window. If system permission was not granted, the switch may not work. See the Mac VPN setup guide for the permission workflow.
Get the clientAndroid
Open the Android client entry in the user panel, install and launch the mobile client. Open subscription management or configuration, tap Add, choose Import from link, and paste the subscription address. Save it, then pull to refresh or tap Update until the complete route list appears.
When connecting for the first time, Android displays a VPN permission prompt. After confirmation, a connection indicator appears in the system status area. If the client often stops in the background, add it to the system’s battery-optimization allowlist and permit necessary background activity. The exact menu varies by device interface; see the complete Android VPN guide for a step-by-step check.
Get the clientiOS
Check the iOS client instructions in the user panel, then open the subscription or configuration area in the client. Choose to add via link, paste the subscription address, and confirm the import. When routes appear, return to the main screen, choose the required region, and start the connection with the switch.
The first connection may ask you to allow a VPN configuration to be added. After granting system permission, return to the client and confirm that the connection status has changed. If the subscription imports but a route will not start, switch to another route in the same region before troubleshooting. Do not delete the account or purchase another plan. If the issue persists, check the connection and troubleshooting categories in the Help Center.
Get the clientConnect a route and confirm it works
After the client loads the routes, choose one based on the target service’s region. For region-restricted content, the route region should match the target region as closely as possible. For general cross-border access, start with a geographically nearby route. DvVPN covers 110+ countries / 170+ routes. A region may offer different route types, so try another route in the same region if the connection is unstable.
Start the connection after choosing a route. A client status of “Connected” only confirms that the network tunnel is established; you must also check the actual exit region. Open a browser-based location check and confirm that it matches the selected route, then visit the target service to verify that the page loads, the account loads correctly, and playback or interaction is stable.
Change only one condition at a time during verification. If the target service does not load normally, keep the client connected, close the target page, and reopen it. If the issue remains, switch to another route in the same region. Do not change the route, browser, network, and account settings simultaneously, or you will not know which step caused the issue. For differences between streaming-region detection, account region, and payment region, see the streaming guide.
If a local website or app behaves unexpectedly after connecting, temporarily disconnect the route for comparison. If it works again, the current route may not match the network path to that local service. Switch routes in the client or use split tunneling as needed. Split-tunneling rules are an advanced setting and are not covered here; first make sure the default configuration connects reliably, then adjust it step by step.
- The client shows a connection status, and the system connection indicator is normal.
- The exit region shown in the browser matches the selected route.
- The target service loads, and commonly used features work normally.
- After switching routes, reopen the target page before judging the result.
Next steps and common fixes
After the first successful verification, daily use usually requires only opening the client, updating the subscription, choosing a route, and connecting. You do not need to import the subscription again each time. Recopy it only if the client’s route list has not updated for a long time or the panel explicitly says the subscription has changed. Normally, updating inside the client syncs the available routes.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Data packages remain available until the data is used up and never expire. Check the current plan status in Account Overview so you do not mistake a client connection issue for a plan issue. To add monthly data, return to the Plans section and choose an appropriate option. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is converted according to the remaining days, and the confirmation page shows the details of the current order.
When a connection fails, work through “update the subscription, switch routes, reconnect, and check system permissions” in that order. This usually makes the cause easier to identify than deleting the client immediately. If no route connects, compare the current local network with a known working connection, then visit the connection and troubleshooting category in FAQs. For IEPL dedicated lines, transit routes, direct connections, and region-selection logic, see the Routes page.
At this point, account setup, plan selection, subscription access, client import, and connection verification form a complete workflow. When changing to another device of your own, get the client for the relevant platform from the user panel and import the subscription with the same account. If subscription details look wrong, the order status is inconsistent, or standard troubleshooting does not help, submit a ticket from the user panel with your platform, the client message, and the steps already tried so the issue can be identified accurately.
