Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply to the DvVPN website, apps, user panel, and related subscription services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to the rules below.

Service Scope

DvVPN provides international network access and connections through global routes, covering 110+ countries / 170+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Routes, entry points, and app features may vary with network conditions, platform systems, target service policies, or maintenance schedules. The coverage shown on this site does not mean every route performs identically in all locations, on all devices, or with every third-party service.

The service is designed to improve the connection path between your device and the target network. DvVPN does not provide the target websites, apps, or digital content, nor does it control third-party availability, account policies, content licenses, payment rules, or technical changes. When accessing a third-party service, you must also follow that service’s own terms.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. You are responsible for securely storing your login credentials and for subscriptions, route connections, and settings changes made through your account. If credentials are exposed, unusual sign-ins occur, or you can no longer control the account, stop sharing the credentials and submit a ticket through the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, but each account and subscription is for the account holder’s normal use only. You may not resell, rent, publicly distribute, or split subscription access, or use an account as a shared access point for unspecified third parties. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, credential exposure, and account risks caused by public sharing, bulk distribution, or resale.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade during the term, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Before payment, verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and account details. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported payment methods.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where the target service is accessed, and ensure that your purpose, content, and actions when using DvVPN are lawful. You may not use the service for fraud, system intrusion, malware distribution, interference with network facilities, intellectual property infringement, bulk distribution of harmful information, or other unlawful activity.

You may not probe, attack, or damage DvVPN websites, apps, routes, authentication systems, or user panels. You may not bypass normal subscription checks, traffic accounting, or access controls, or use automation to generate abnormal requests or continuously consume service resources. To protect service order and other users’ normal connections, DvVPN may investigate and address clearly abnormal activity.

Availability and Liability

DvVPN maintains, adjusts, and troubleshoots routes according to their condition, but network services may be affected by carrier links, local networks, device settings, system permissions, third-party platform rules, and events beyond reasonable control. During maintenance, route changes, or unexpected failures, some connection entry points may be temporarily unavailable. You may switch routes, reconnect, or try again later.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DvVPN is not responsible for changes to third-party content, account restrictions, regional policies, payment results, or compatibility updates. You should keep important materials backed up and confirm the target service’s requirements before downloading, transferring data, completing transactions, or changing account settings. You are responsible for losses caused by device failures, incorrect settings, improper credential handling, or violations of these terms.

Suspension and Termination

If an account is used unlawfully or involves subscription resale, public sharing, malicious attacks, abnormal resource consumption, abusive payment disputes, or another serious violation of these terms, DvVPN may restrict related features, suspend connection access, or terminate the service based on the level of risk. Where necessary, the service may require you to stop the relevant conduct and complete account security measures.

You may stop using the service and manage your account and subscription through the user panel. Termination does not release you from payment obligations, compliance responsibilities, or third-party liabilities that arose before termination. When a legal authority makes a valid request under applicable law, DvVPN will handle it in accordance with that law.

Changes and Refund Guidance

DvVPN may revise these terms in response to changes in service features, operating procedures, legal requirements, or risk-control rules. Updated content will be posted on this page with the latest revision date. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations may also be announced through the website or user panel. Continuing to use the service after an update means that you accept the revised content.

You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for eligibility, processing, and related details.
