Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data DvVPN handles when providing subscription services, account management and network acceleration, why it is handled, and how users can manage or delete it.

Scope and Core Principles

This policy applies to the DvVPN website, user panel and related client services. Data is processed to provide features, protect account security, complete orders, handle refunds and improve the service. DvVPN processes only the data needed for these purposes. It does not sell user data to advertisers or build advertising profiles based on network activity.

Data submitted through third-party websites, applications or payment pages is also subject to the relevant third party's privacy rules. Before leaving a DvVPN page, users can confirm the current data recipient through the browser address bar and the page information.

Registration and Account Data

DvVPN registration does not require an email address; an account can be created with a username and password. Accordingly, the service does not collect an email address as a required registration field. The account system processes usernames, securely transformed authentication credentials, account status, subscription status and traffic balance to identify accounts, verify sign-ins and deliver purchased services.

Users should keep their login credentials secure. To identify unusual sign-ins, handle support tickets or restore account functions, the system may process necessary security event information. This information is used only for account protection and troubleshooting, not to analyze which websites a user visits.

Orders, Payments and Usage Statistics

After an order is placed, DvVPN retains fulfillment-related order records, including the selected item, amount due, order status, payment channel identifier and refund status. These records are used to activate subscriptions, verify payments, handle disputes and complete financial reconciliation.

Alipay, WeChat and USDT payments are handled by the corresponding third-party channels. DvVPN receives the transaction result and channel reference information needed to confirm an order, but does not directly control data collected by those third parties. A third party may retain transaction information under its own rules, so users should also review the privacy notice of their selected channel.

The website processes basic usage statistics, such as visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device category and error events, to assess whether pages work properly, locate compatibility issues and improve content. Statistics are not used to identify the specific international websites a user visits.

Connection Data and No-Logs Policy

DvVPN does not record which websites users access through the service, and does not retain webpage content, DNS query content or application communications. During a session, the routing system must process technical data needed to establish an encrypted connection, assign a route, calculate account traffic and handle anomalies.

Connection logs are not retained as a long-term activity record. Temporary technical information generated during a session is cleared after connection control or troubleshooting is complete. Cumulative traffic records related to account quotas retain only summary results and do not include destinations. If a user submits a support ticket, diagnostic content provided by the user is retained with the ticket until its purpose is complete or the user requests deletion.

Cookies, Local Storage and Data Security

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state and necessary security markers. This data maintains sign-ins, restores user choices and prevents repeated actions. Users can clear this content through browser settings; doing so may require signing in again or selecting page preferences again.

DvVPN uses access controls, encryption in transit and secure credential handling to reduce the risk of misuse, disclosure or unauthorized access. Only processes required for service delivery, support and security management can access the relevant data.

Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates

Account data is retained while the account remains active. Order and payment results are retained as needed for fulfillment, refunds, dispute handling and necessary reconciliation; usage statistics are preferably used in aggregated form. Once data has fulfilled its purpose, it is deleted, anonymized or placed in restricted storage. Older data in backups is removed gradually as backups rotate.

Users can sign in to the user panel and use the support ticket entry to request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related data. A deletion request may affect subscription delivery, historical order verification or an unfinished refund. For records that must be retained by law or to resolve an existing dispute, DvVPN restricts their use and processes them once the reason for retention no longer applies.

This policy may be updated when service features, data processing practices or compliance requirements change. The new version will be posted on this page, along with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes to processing purposes or user rights will be accompanied by a visible notice in the user panel.
